    Alex Cheeseman

    Managing Director

    Mr Cheeseman is an accomplished Company Director and Executive leader, with over 20 years’ experience across a range of industries in project and operational roles. Mr Cheeseman’s primary focus over the last 10 years has been on the resources sector, specifically project development, commercial optimisation and marketing.

    Mr Cheeseman has extensive lithium experience, having previously been intimately involved with project delivery, ramp-up and sales for the Altura Lithium Project, an ASX listed Western Australian based producer. He has provided strategic advisory services to a number of ASX listed (pre and post IPO) and privately owned lithium companies involved in raw material extraction (hard-rock, brine and sediment-based deposits) and downstream processing. More recently, he led the recapitalisation, re-listing and project development for lithium explorer Morella Corporation, playing a key role in securing the Company’s lithium brine and hard-rock project portfolio.

    Mr Cheeseman is currently a Non-Executive Director of the privately owned, UK based, Green Lithium Refining Limited.

    Robert Martin

    Non-Executive Chairman

    Mr Martin is an accomplished company Director with over 25 years’ experience across a broad range of sectors including mining and mining services, manufacturing, and capital markets. Mr Martin has profound insight into corporate strategy, capital orientation, management integration and business structures and efficiencies.

    Recently, Mr Martin owned and operated a large and highly successful mining services business, with offices in multiple jurisdictions globally, which was acquired by a prominent Perth business after year-on-year growth and profitability.

    Mr Martin currently runs a family office in Western Australia, with a focus on investing and supporting emerging private and public businesses, as well as holding positions of Non-Executive Chairman at Equinox Resources Ltd (ASX:EQN), Non-Executive Director for Pathfinder Resources (ASX:PF1), Parkd Ltd (ASX:PKD) and TSX-V listed Volt Carbon Technologies (TSX-V:VCT).

    John Markovic

    Non-Executive Director

    Mr Markovic is a successful private property developer and investor with over 30 years’ of experience. Mr Markovic is currently the Managing Director for a number of private companies, including JGM Property Investments Pty Ltd, who have ownership of substantial industrial and commercial property portfolios in New South Wales.

    Throughout his career, Mr Markovic has been involved in numerous entrepreneurial technology and property start-ups as an early-stage investor and advisor.

    Nigel Broomham

    Non-Executive Director

    Mr Broomham is a geologist with almost 15 years mining and natural resources industry experience, including over 10 years in the battery metals sector, specifically lithium. He is currently the General Manager Exploration for ASX listed lithium explorer, Battery Age Minerals (ASX: BM8) and a Non-Executive Director with ASX listed lithium explorer, Pioneer Lithium (ASX: PLN).

    Previously, Mr Broomham held leadership roles with ASX-50 lithium producer Pilbara Minerals (ASX: PLS) in exploration, resource development and mining production. As Head of Geology at Pilgangoora, he was extensively involved in the exploration and development of the world-class Pilgangoora Lithium Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and was tasked with leading the geology team from exploration through to production. Mr Broomham also held several other leadership roles at Pilgangoora, including Mining Manager, lead of the Direct Shipping Ore development project and Production Superintendent. 

    Mr Broomham’s earlier career included time at blue-chip resources companies including Mineral Resources Limited, Consolidated Minerals Manganese, Hancock Prospecting (Roy Hill) and Golder Associates.

    Mr Broomham holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), Geology and Resource Economics from the University of Western Australia and is a member of AusIMM and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

    Harry Spindler

    Company Secretary

    Mr Spindler is an experienced corporate professional with a broad range of corporate governance and capital markets experience. Over the past 20 years’, Mr Spindler has held various company secretary positions across a diverse range of ASX-listed companies and been involved with several public company listings, merger and acquisition transactions and capital raisings.

    Mr Spindler is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Since 2010, Mr Spindler has worked for corporate advisory firms and has advised a number of clients across a range of industries. Prior to this, Mr Spindler had a career in corporate recovery and restructuring at KPMG.

    Anthony Tse

    Strategic Adviser

    Mr Tse has over 28 years of private and public corporate experience in numerous high-growth industries, spanning the TMT sector, natural resources and specialty chemicals, and most recently the energy transition vertical, specifically in the electric vehicle and lithium battery value chain. His roles have been predominantly in senior management, with a focus on strategy and development, M&A and corporate finance internationally – he has managed businesses and operations across four continents spanning the Greater China and Asia region, Australia, North and South America. 

    He is the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Galaxy Resources, where he served on the Board for 11 years - the company merged with Orocobre in 2021 to create Allkem and become one of the Top 5 lithium producers globally. He is now currently a Board Director (and Chair of the Health Safety Environmental and Sustainability Committee) of Li-Cycle Corp. (NYSE: LICY), North America’s largest lithium battery recycling and resource recovery company and Li-Metal (CSE: LIM), a developer of lithium metal and lithium metal anode technologies for next generation lithium solid-state batteries. He is also a Senior Advisor to Sicona Battery Technologies, a leading developer of silicon-composite materials for next generation lithium battery anode technologies and a Strategic Advisor to Novalith Technologies, a developer of direct lithium extraction technologies.

    Aside from his industry roles, Anthony is also an Operating Partner with the Global Private Equity Group of Franklin Templeton (NYSE: BEN), a global asset management organization and a Senior Advisor to EMR Capital (a global natural resources investment group) portfolio of companies, with whom he is focused on upstream through to mid- and downstream investments in the energy transition sector.
