    Bilal Ahmad

    Chairman & Non-Executive Director

    Mr Bilal Ahmad is an accomplished investor with an extensive 15-year track record of strategic investments in ASX-listed companies and private ventures. His focus spans the resources, technology, and life science sectors, where he has consistently deployed capital to support growth and innovation of emerging companies. Mr Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery, and is also a director of Dalaroo Metals Ltd (ASX: DAL)

    John Markovic

    Mr Markovic is a successful private property developer and investor with over 30 years’ of experience. Mr Markovic is currently the Managing Director for a number of private companies, including JGM Property Investments Pty Ltd, who have ownership of substantial industrial and commercial property portfolios in New South Wales.

    Throughout his career, Mr Markovic has been involved in numerous entrepreneurial technology and property start-ups as an early-stage investor and advisor.

    Nigel Broomham

    Non-Executive Director

    Mr Broomham is a geologist with almost 15 years mining and natural resources industry experience, including over 10 years in the battery metals sector, specifically lithium. He is currently the CEO for ASX listed lithium explorer, Battery Age Minerals (ASX: BM8) and a Non-Executive Director with ASX listed lithium explorer, Pioneer Lithium (ASX: PLN).

    Previously, Mr Broomham held leadership roles with ASX-50 lithium producer Pilbara Minerals (ASX: PLS) in exploration, resource development and mining production. As Head of Geology at Pilgangoora, he was extensively involved in the exploration and development of the world-class Pilgangoora Lithium Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and was tasked with leading the geology team from exploration through to production. Mr Broomham also held several other leadership roles at Pilgangoora, including Mining Manager, lead of the Direct Shipping Ore development project and Production Superintendent. 

    Mr Broomham’s earlier career included time at blue-chip resources companies including Mineral Resources Limited, Consolidated Minerals Manganese, Hancock Prospecting (Roy Hill) and Golder Associates.

    Mr Broomham holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), Geology and Resource Economics from the University of Western Australia and is a member of AusIMM and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

    Joshua Gordon

    Non-Executive Director

    Mr Gordon is an experienced corporate finance professional who has raised capital for many small and emerging resource and energy companies on the ASX. Mr Gordon is well versed in all facets of the Equity Capital Market transaction lifecycle with deep experience in transaction origination, structuring, execution and distribution. Josh is a non-executive director of ASX listed Traka Resources (ASX:TKL), Dalaroo Metals (ASX: DAL) and Advance Metals Ltd (ASX: AVM).

    Joshua holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from Monash University and is currently completing a Master of Management (Accounting) at the University of Melbourne.

    Mr Spindler is an experienced corporate professional with a broad range of corporate governance and capital markets experience. Over the past 20 years’, Mr Spindler has held various company secretary positions across a diverse range of ASX-listed companies and been involved with several public company listings, merger and acquisition transactions and capital raisings.

    Mr Spindler is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Since 2010, Mr Spindler has worked for corporate advisory firms and has advised a number of clients across a range of industries. Prior to this, Mr Spindler had a career in corporate recovery and restructuring at KPMG.
